Job Title: Litigation Attorney - San Diego Office
Experience: 6-10 years
Qualifications:
- California Bar Admission - 6-10 years of litigation experience - Experience with civil litigation, including drafting and arguing motions and taking/defending depositions - Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities - Ability to manage a full caseload independently - Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach - Preferred experience with insurance defense, public entity defense, federal court, and trial experience (though not required)
Compensation & Benefits:

We are seeking a highly qualified Litigation Attorney to join our team in the San Diego office and help our clients overcome a variety of legal challenges. As a Litigation Attorney, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the educational institutions and communities we serve.
The ideal candidate for this position will have 6-10 years of litigation experience, with a strong background in civil litigation, including drafting and arguing motions and taking/defending depositions. Excellent research, writing, and analytical abilities are essential, as well as the ability to manage a full caseload independently. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach are also important qualities we are looking for in our Litigation Attorney. Preferred experience with insurance defense, public entity defense, federal court, and trial experience are beneficial, but not required. California Bar Admission is required for this position.
In terms of compensation and benefits, F3 Law offers a competitive base salary ranging between $160,000 and $195,000, based on experience and practice years. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance benefits and a 401(k) plan with profit-sharing contributions. Our work environment is supportive and intellectually engaging, with reasonable billable hours and annual billable hour bonuses.
