Monk Law Group is seeking a team-oriented Associate Attorney to join our busy family law practice in Lakeland, FL. Our firm specializes in family law, criminal defense, and personal injury cases, providing our attorneys with a diverse and challenging caseload. We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about the practice of law and committed to providing excellent legal services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation and be able to handle a high volume of cases with efficiency and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities: - Represent clients in family law, criminal defense, and personal injury cases - Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents - Attend court hearings and trials - Communicate with clients and provide legal advice and guidance - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on cases
Qualifications: - Admitted to the Florida Bar (preferred) - Willingness to take the Bar exam in the near future (considered) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of cases - Prior experience in litigation (preferred)
