Job Title: Associate Attorney - Litigation Defense Location: Fort Worth, TX Salary: Competitive with annual bonus plan Experience: 3 years
Naman Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC is seeking a highly qualified Associate Attorney with 3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably in personal injury defense, transportation litigation, construction, or product defect. This is a full-time regular position based in Fort Worth, TX.
Position Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in civil litigation defense strongly preferred - Excellent client service skills with ability to efficiently handle legal matters - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to meet deadlines
Position Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in the State of Texas and in good standing - Willingness to occasionally travel locally and statewide
