H2: Duties and Responsibilities - Collaborate with other attorneys, legal assistants, and administrative assistants - Perform case analysis and develop strategies for a diverse caseload - Manage cases from intake through filing - Draft statements, rebuttals, and prepare and file immigration applications and motions - Conduct legal research to support applications - Review and approve applications for submission - Prepare clients and attend court/USCIS interviews - Respond to immigration inquiries in a timely manner - Maintain proper client files and evidence - Keep detailed case management notes in Dynamics - Perform other related duties and special projects as requested
H2: Requirements - Juris Doctorate degree - Active bar admission - Fluency in Spanish language - Previous case management experience preferred

As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our team of attorneys, legal assistants, and administrative staff. Your responsibilities will include performing case analysis, developing case strategies, managing a diverse caseload, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court and USCIS interviews.
We are looking for someone with preferred immigration experience, including family-based immigration, consular work, waivers, and deportation defense. Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are a must. Fluency in Spanish is also required to effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking clients.
