Marshall Dennehey, a top Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This is a full-time position with the opportunity for growth and advancement within the firm.
Job Summary:
- Assist in the defense of Medical Malpractice cases for our corporate, insurance, and individual clients - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in handling catastrophic casualty cases or medical malpractice/health care cases - Opportunity for steady and consistent work history and advancement within the firm

Responsibilities:
- Support the defense of Medical Malpractice cases for our clients - Conduct legal research and analysis - Draft legal documents and pleadings - Attend depositions, hearings, and trials as needed - Communicate with clients and other attorneys involved in the case
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in handling catastrophic casualty cases or medical malpractice/health care cases - Strong research, writing, and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
