Requirements: To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in general litigation - Prior experience in insurance defense and/or construction defect is preferred - Excellent legal research and writing skills - Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients with a client-first mindset - Highly organized with clear and concise communication style - Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and focus on long-term career goals - Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: As an Associate Attorney at Kubicki Draper, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel - Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions - Respond to motions and discovery requests - Communicate effectively with team members and clients - Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
