Modern Family Law, a leading family law firm in San Antonio, TX, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate attorney with a minimum of 1 year of experience in family law to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Position: Associate Attorney Family Law Location: San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of family law cases, including divorce, custody disputes, and support matters - Make a meaningful impact on clients' lives by providing sound legal counsel - Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities - Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting to ensure collective success - Work primarily from home but attend all required in-court appearances and in-person client meetings at the office when requested - Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law - Active admission to the Texas State Bar - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities - Customer service mindset and focus on providing exceptional client experiences - Strong references attesting to expertise and professionalism

Compensation: $96,000 – $175,000 annually commission structure. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
