Overview: - Modern Family Law is a rapidly growing law firm specializing in Family Law - We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Denver - This is a primarily Work from Home position, with in-court appearances and office meetings as needed
Position Responsibilities: - Handle diverse family law cases, including divorce, custody, support, and related matters - Make a meaningful impact on clients' lives by providing compassionate and effective legal representation - Excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple priorities - Prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and provide strategic legal advice to clients - Present cases in court and attend case-related proceedings - Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain open communication - Manage caseload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Other duties and projects as assigned
Position Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in family law - Active membership and good standing with the Colorado State Bar - Exceptional writing skills and strong verbal communication abilities - Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities - Client-centric mindset and strong professional references
