Modern Family Law, a boutique law firm specializing in Family Law, is looking for a compassionate, innovative, and respected Associate Attorney to join our amazing team in Bellevue, Washington. Position Description:
- Handle diverse family law cases and make a meaningful impact on clients' lives - Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple responsibilities - Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and outstanding communication skills - Collaborate within a team-oriented setting for collective success - Work primarily from home with required in-court appearances and in-person client meetings at the office - Other duties and projects as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law and active admission to the Washington State Bar - Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and a client-focused mindset - Strong professional references attesting to your expertise, reliability, and collaborative nature in the legal field
Skills and Competencies:
- Expertise in Family Law, including divorce, custody, and support matters - Active admission to the Washington State Bar with a commitment to upholding legal ethics and professional integrity - Proven ability to craft clear, persuasive, and legally sound documents - Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues - Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of case management - Strong organizational abilities and a client-focused approach - Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism and integrity
