Represent clients in contested estate, guardianship, and trust administration matters Prepare legal documents for Orphan's Court proceedings, including petitions, motions, and briefs Provide legal counsel on Trusts & Estates issues, including drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and estate plans Collaborate with Partners and clients to develop effective legal strategies Attend court hearings and trials, handle depositions when needed Manage discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations Communicate effectively with team members and clients Meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple matters Attend Pennsylvania Courts as needed
Qualifications:
Active license in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania (admission to other State Bars is a plus) 2-3 years of experience as an Attorney in Pennsylvania Strong writing, communication and presentation skills Comprehensive litigation experience, both in and out of the Court room Solid understanding of Trusts & Estates administration practices Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines effectively Ability to effectively communicate and work as part of a team Ability to reliably commute to Fort Washington, PA. Ability to reliably commute to Pennsylvania Courts Desire for courtroom experience
