Associate Attorney - Condo/HOA Dept. - Full-time position at a leading law firm specializing in homeowner, condominium, and community association representation Salary: $85,000 per year Location: Boca Raton, FL
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide legal representation to Condominium and Homeowner Associations - Conduct legal research and review documents - Prepare opinion and violation demand letters - Advise on Board of Directors/Owner issues - Attend client Board Meetings to provide guidance - Knowledge of Homeowners Association Governing documents - Draft, finalize, and record documents related to Condominium and Homeowners Associations - Maintain strong knowledge of Condominium Statutes and advise clients' Board of Directors - Support multiple tasks and provide timely follow-up to Partners and clients - Participate in Continuing Legal Education training - Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be licensed in Florida - 2-5 years of experience as an Attorney - Strong writing and analytical skills - Knowledge of Florida Condominium Act/Florida Homeowners Association Act is a plus
