Law Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Civil Litigation in Raleigh
Full-time Position with Comprehensive Litigation Services

With over 65 years of experience, we have a strong reputation for representing businesses and industries in all phases of litigation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage various phases of litigation for assigned cases - Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs - Appear before state and federal courts - Conduct depositions and develop facts for cases - Make legal arguments and provide case updates to managing attorney and clients - Develop strategies for litigated matters in areas such as commercial, regulatory, product liability, premises liability, and more
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial litigation, insurance defense, professional liability defense, and/or construction defect litigation - Strong research and writing skills - Significant experience in trial and deposition, legal writing, and legal research - Bar license in North Carolina
Work Environment:
- Indoor office setting - Hybrid position after initial in-office training period
