Overview: - Opportunity to join nationally recognized trial firm specializing in defense litigation - Defend corporate clients in high-exposure and technically intricate lawsuits - Immediate involvement with litigation matters and significant responsibility - Hybrid position with work from home and in-office workdays
Skills / Qualifications: - JD from accredited law school - Current Pennsylvania Bar admission required, New Jersey Bar admission preferred - 3-7 years of litigation experience in insurance defense or product liability - Large scale motion and trial experience preferred - Understanding of current state and federal procedures - Excellent written and oral communication skills
