Associate Attorney - Business Immigration Law - Santa Monica, California (Hybrid)
WR Immigration, known worldwide for its innovation, technology, and high touch legal services, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in Santa Monica, California. With over 40 attorneys and 150 immigration professionals working out of offices in multiple time zones, WR is one of the fastest growing immigration service providers worldwide.
As an Associate Attorney, you will work alongside a team of legal professionals to prepare and file a variety of business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions. This includes communicating with clients, collaborating with legal support teams, and conducting high-level case reviews. We are seeking a candidate with 3-5 years of business immigration experience and a strong knowledge of various case types, including NIVs and IVs. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in writing-intensive cases such as O, EB-1A, EB-1B, and EB-2 (NIW).
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and communicating options to address clients’ business immigration needs - Maintaining timely and accurate communication with clients throughout the application process - Supervising and collaborating with supporting staff to ensure accurate preparation and filing of applications - Managing a high volume of cases with efficiency and accuracy - Assisting clients and staff with questions throughout the filing process - Other duties as required
Requirements:
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association - 3-5 years of business immigration experience - Strong knowledge of a variety of case types, including NIVs and IVs - Expertise in writing-intensive cases such as O, EB-1A, EB-1B, and EB-2 (NIW) preferred - Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and writing skills - Strong organization skills - Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently - Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
