Law Firm Seeks Associate Attorney for Business & Facilities Role
The Law Firm F3 is looking for a skilled Associate Attorney to join their team in Oakland, California. This role will focus on providing legal support to K-12 schools and community colleges on a wide range of operational issues related to business and facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide transactional and litigation support on various legal issues including real estate transactions, leases, public contracting matters, construction procurement, and contract negotiations. - Conduct thorough research and analysis to assist in legal decision making. - Draft legal documents and contracts. - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to provide comprehensive support to clients. - Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of practice experience. - Must be a member of the State Bar of California. - Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Salary Information:
- This position offers a base salary range of $130,000 - $190,000 per year (DOE). - The actual base salary will depend on the selected candidate's years of practice and experience.
