Responsibilities: - Provide legal representation to clients in civil defense matters, specifically in the area of Casualty. - Handle all aspects of the litigation process, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending depositions and court appearances. - Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court. - Manage a high volume caseload and prioritize tasks accordingly. - Participate in business development activities and networking events.
Requirements: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. - Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. - 3 to 5 years of experience in civil defense, preferably in the area of Casualty. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong analytical and research abilities. - Ability to manage a high volume caseload and work efficiently under pressure. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Willingness to participate in business development activities.
