Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and representation to clients in employment law matters - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Represent clients in employment and labor law litigation - Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff on cases - Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards
Requirements: - Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the Utah Bar or willingness to become a member - Prior experience in labor and employment law, including litigation - Excellent academic credentials and strong writing skills - Commitment to ethical standards and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
