Required Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school • Active license to practice law in California • 2-5 years of experience handling coverage litigation • Strong analytical and writing skills • Experience analyzing coverage and writing coverage opinions for insurers • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Position Overview: As an Associate Attorney in our coverage litigation department, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and attending hearings and depositions. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with clients and provide them with coverage opinions and advice. This is a full-time position and we are open to discussing a fully remote work schedule for the right candidate.
