As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to represent clients injured by exposure to asbestos and work on assigned asbestos disease cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients injured by exposure to asbestos - Prepare assigned asbestos disease cases in a team environment - Conduct client and witness interviews, both in person and on the phone - Gather and analyze information from various records - Conduct depositions of fact witnesses - Summarize testimony from depositions
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of attorney experience, personal injury or asbestos experience preferred - Licensed to practice law in any state, Missouri and/or Illinois preferred - Fluent in Spanish - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Self-motivated and well-organized - Ability to learn and retain industrial and medical information - Compassion for helping terminally sick clients - Adaptable and responsive to client needs based on health status
Salary and Benefits:
