This position will support the firm's growing Real Estate, Business and Corporate, and Trusts and Estates teams. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to focus on specific areas as their career progresses.
The Associate Attorney will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, leases, wills, trusts, corporate governance documents, and other legal instruments. They will also conduct due diligence investigations, work with governmental agencies, and collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to develop legal strategies. Strong research and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as a commitment to professionalism and ethical conduct.
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted and in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania. They should also have 3-6 years of experience practicing transactional law, with a preference for relevant experience in real estate and trusts and estates.
