OUR SOLE REQUIREMENTS ARE:
*You're motivated to lead and develop a new one-of-a-kind DSW store experience called Warehouse Reimagined. *You're passionate about building an elite team through recruiting, training & developing high performing and productive managers and sales associates. *You have an innovative approach to your stores visual standards and take pride in your store appearance. *You enjoy the strategic link between your team's engagement with customers and growth of the business to support DSW's service model and mission. *You're excited and able to recognize when to change strategic direction to attain, sustain and maximize results. *You foster a culture of empowerment and leverage the strengths of the individuals on your team to generate new ideas. *You're able to prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing retail environment, while being confident in communicating to various levels across the organization about the store experience and strategic initiatives. *You're driven by being a change-agent for the company, where your voice and feedback matter.
YOU'LL KNOW THE SHOE FITS IF YOU HAVE:
*A growth-mindset and can adapt and influence change quickly *Proven ability to motivate and get the best performance out of others *Proficiency in computer and technology skills *High-level retail leadership experience, with 4 years *The ability to travel when needed
