Salary Information: - Salary range: $88,434 - $156,060 - Individual compensation based on factors such as skill set, experience, and performance - Non-negotiable salary determined by Chief of Staff
Experience Requirements: - Minimum 1 year of civil litigation practice - Some sections may require more years of practice and/or experience in specific areas of law - Juris Doctor degree and license to practice in the State of Illinois - Highly organized self-starter with strong writing, research, oral advocacy, and organizational skills - Experience representing government clients preferred

Preferred Qualifications: - Significant litigation experience in relevant areas of law and forums - Institutional knowledge of Cook County government - Experience representing government clients on behalf of Cook County State's Attorney or similar agency - Experience with evidentiary hearings, preliminary injunctions, and appeals - Demonstrated achievements in creative thinking and legal analysis
