Job Description
Assistant State Attorney The candidate will regular contact with police witnesses and civilians, the person selected will interact with all levels of government and governmental agencies, including regulatory bodies and non-criminal, non-investigative agencies. Must have 3 years of experience in criminal law and have a good knowledge of criminal law and procedure, good interviewing skills, and decision-making ability. Membership in the Florida Bar is required.
