Responsibilities: - Prosecutorial criminal casework, including preparation of legal documents, research, depositions, and witness interviews - Trial work, such as case preparation and examination of witnesses and defendants - Professional interaction with public, law enforcement, and office staff - Proficient management of detailed case work and use of office computer software and equipment
Qualifications: - Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing - Law students and recent graduates awaiting Florida Bar exam results may be considered - Strong interest in courtroom litigation, excellent communication and critical thinking skills required
