Key Responsibilities:

Counsel on digital marketing, promotional materials, and compliance with industry standards. Advise on sanctions and develop compliance programs to address sanctions-related risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues in new and existing initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to at least one U.S. state bar. At least 5 years of experience in commercial or marketing law, preferably in a corporate or law firm setting. Strong understanding of advertising and competition law. Collaborative problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to travel up to 15% annually.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the animal health or pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with international legal and regulatory requirements in advertising and business development. Expertise in digital marketing law and sanctions compliance. Strong negotiation skills and business acumen. Experience advising on cross-border transactions.
