Key Responsibilities: • Draft and review a variety of contracts to support ACA business functions • Research unique legal issues and offer business-oriented solutions • Assist with day-to-day matters and track legal department files • Perform ad-hoc work and special projects as needed • Maintain professional integrity and uphold ACA's high-quality standards • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
Qualifications: • Juris doctor degree and licensed in at least one jurisdiction • Prior experience in a law firm or in-house preferred • Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills • Knowledge of corporate, securities, transactional, and/or investment management matters • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and the Internet
