Summary: The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) in Texas is seeking a full-time Assistant Attorney General III-IV for their Child Support Division. This mission-driven position involves representing the State of Texas in judicial and administrative family law proceedings to establish paternity, obtain court orders for financial support and health care coverage for children, and enforce and modify child support orders. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree and two years of full-time legal experience as a licensed attorney, as well as knowledge of family law and the Texas Family Code. The salary for this position ranges from $7,546.87 to $8,699.92 per month, and the OAG offers excellent benefits and opportunities for important work. This position may be based in any Texas city with an OAG Child Support Division office and may require some travel.
