Summary: The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) is seeking Assistant Attorneys General (AAGs) to join their Child Support Division (CSD) in their mission to promote responsible parenting and ensure that children in Texas receive the support they need. AAGs in the CSD represent the State of Texas in legal proceedings, collaborate with other state agencies, and have a robust legal practice that includes gaining trial court experience and becoming subject-matter experts in family law. The OAG offers excellent benefits and opportunities for important work at a large state agency. Applicants must have a Juris Doctor degree and be licensed to practice law in Texas.
