Key Responsibilities: - Teach courses in Business Entities, Contracts, Corporations, Criminal Law, Evidence, and Torts - Engage in scholarly research and publication - Participate in interdisciplinary collaborations - Contribute to the diversity and inclusion efforts of the academic community
Requirements: - Outstanding academic credentials - Relevant teaching or practice experience - Fellowships or judicial clerkships at any level - Interdisciplinary scholarly interests - Post-J.D. studies, degrees, or certificates
Qualifications: - Assistant Professor: Terminal degree or equivalent in organized research or professional practice, demonstrated teaching or research ability, and evidence of growth in scholarly, artistic, or professional achievement - Associate Professor: Same qualifications as Assistant Professor, with evidence of an established reputation in scholarly, artistic, or professional achievement - Professor: Same qualifications as Associate Professor, with evidence of a substantial record of advanced research and/or creative work, and leadership in their field
