We are seeking a highly skilled Applications Analyst I to join our dynamic team at Carlton Fields in Tampa, FL. As a member of our Information Technology department, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and assistance to our team of legal professionals. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and prioritize incoming requests for technical assistance from users - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues - Participate in an on-call rotation and work overtime as needed - Assist with video conferencing management - Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment - Support Windows 10/11 and Office365 - Experience with mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android is a plus - Knowledge of Document Management Systems, specifically iManage, and timekeeping software such as Intapp Time is a plus - Skilled in troubleshooting Remote Access and Authentication issues (VMWare, VPN, RSA) - Experience managing Cisco IP Phones is a plus - Procure and provision mobile devices (cell phones, tablets, hotspots) as needed - Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of technical support experience - Creative problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a demanding environment - Experience with Windows 10/11 and Office365 - Familiarity with mobile operating systems, Document Management Systems, and timekeeping software is a plus - Skilled in troubleshooting Remote Access and Authentication issues - Experience managing Cisco IP Phones is a plus - Ability to proactively seek out new knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends
