Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer US LLP is seeking experienced mid-level antitrust litigation associates to join its global Chambers Band 1 ranked Antitrust, Competition and Trade (ACT) practice in its Silicon Valley office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in antitrust litigation, including class actions and all other major phases of civil litigation. Experience as a state or federal judicial clerk is preferred.
The firm is looking for candidates with strong writing skills who can draft, edit, and manage major sections of motions and dispositive briefs. Familiarity with government enforcement agencies and a background in economics are also desirable. Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York, California, or District of Columbia.
