Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain case management service profiles, process maps, and client system integrations - Ensure accuracy and currency of document templates - Facilitate software updates and serve as a liaison between vendors and departments - Conduct detailed process analyses and implement enhancements - Other duties as assigned
Required Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex issues clearly and effectively - Exceptional attention to detail - Adaptability in a constantly changing environment - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Reliable and committed to consistent attendance and punctuality - Team player willing to participate in firm committees and initiatives
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics, process improvement, or similar role - Experience with CaseMax or similar case management software preferred - Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
