- We are currently seeking an Of Counsel attorney for our Silicon Valley, CA office.
Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $260,500-$282,500, depending on factors such as experience, education, and location.
- Actual compensation will be determined based on these factors and in accordance with applicable laws.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of employer practices, including wage and hour policies and procedures.
- Draft and revise incentive compensation documents and employee communication materials.
- Explain complex employment law issues in a clear and understandable manner.
- Identify problem-solving options and provide clients with practical and legal solutions.
Requirements:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted to the CA State Bar and in good standing.
- 9 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local workplace and employment law is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Experience conducting trainings or workplace investigations preferred, but not required.
