As an Administrative Resource Team Assistant, you will work within our Firmwide Administrative Resource Team to provide remote administrative and clerical support to PST Specialists and Resource Center Specialists. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to continually grow in understanding and ability to perform key administrative functions in a law firm environment. Your responsibilities will include typing, transcribing, and revising legal documents, making meeting and travel arrangements, preparing expense statements and reimbursement requests, and assisting with document management and organization.
We are seeking candidates with a high school diploma or GED, with a 2-year degree preferred. A minimum typing speed of 60 wpm and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are required. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a legal environment and demonstrate good spelling, proofreading, and organizational skills. Confidentiality and professionalism are essential in this role.
