We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Financial Analyst to join our finance department in our Phoenix, Arizona office. In this role, you will have the chance to combine your financial analysis skills with administrative support for our Chief Financial Officer. You will be responsible for various tasks, including ad hoc analysis, budgeting, and managing annual industry surveys and applications. We are looking for someone with a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as experience in administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform ad hoc analysis as requested by the Senior Financial Analyst • Support the CFO with various administrative requests, such as travel and expense reimbursement • Manage annual year-end compensation analytics and process • Take a lead role in budgeting for director and attorney compensation, department costs, and other overhead expenses • Manage corporate insurance renewals and annual applications • Respond to attorney employment and compensation verifications • Generate month-end system reports and assist with month-end close • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial operations and administrative support • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting is preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external vendors • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
