Heading: Administrative Assistant
Law Firm is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting and finance requirements for client disbursements. The ideal candidate should be Quickbook proficient, have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly.
Salary Range: $11.00 - $14.00 Hourly

Responsibilities: •Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances •Auditing case files with expenses •Verifying settlement breakdowns •Prepare 1099’s at the end of the year •Develop daily financial reports •Balance and maintain accurate ledgers •Coordinate bank deposits and report financial results on a regular basis to management •Reconcile reports and statements to QuickBooks
Skills: •Experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, deposits •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and QuickBooks desktop •Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles •Strong attention to detail •Extensive experience with data entry and record keeping •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
Law Firm is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate must be Quickbook proficient, have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly. This Administrative Assistant should possess confidential information, accuracy, good customer relations, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as paying vendor invoices and tracking bank account balances, auditing case files with expenses, verifying settlement breakdowns, preparing 1099’s at the end of the year, developing daily financial reports, balancing and maintaining accurate ledgers, coordinating bank deposits and reporting financial results, and reconciling reports and statements to QuickBooks.
The Administrative Assistant should have experience working in accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, deposits, and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks desktop. They should also have a strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, strong attention to detail, extensive experience with data entry and record keeping, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Salary Range: $11.00 - $14.00 Hourly
