The successful candidates will perform day to day office duties and project coordination activities, communicate with and support the project teams, have a good working knowledge of office activities such as filing, copying, scanning, faxing and be computer efficient especially with Microsoft Office. Draft and /or compile administrative support material Establish and maintain a comprehensive filing system Communicating with and supporting the office team and Eagle Eye employees Professionally receive and respond to phone calls Operate a personal computer, various office equipment and computer software, e.g. Microsoft Office, Word processor, spreadsheets Maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude QUALIFICATIONS - EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATION Required (Minimum) Qualifications High School Diploma 1 to 3 years of administrative support experience Valid driver’s license Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Considerable knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office Ability to perform filing and other clerical work Ability to maintain an effective working relationship Preferred Associate’s Degree in related field Experience with project coordination Experience with tracking and managing Certified Payroll PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES No supervisory responsibilities. ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS As a condition of employment, may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results to obtain access to military base.
