Your main responsibility will be handling incoming electronic and physical mail, including scanning and storing sensitive legal documents. Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming electronic and physical mail, including scanning and storing sensitive legal documents - Manage administrative tasks and requests from attorneys and clients - Maintain sharp attention to detail and strong time management skills while handling tight deadlines - Operate a PC with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes - Interact effectively with others and maintain good interpersonal and communication skills - Multitask and work under direct supervision
