New Haven We are looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee the Firm’s general accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable and client trust accounting. You will be responsible for maintaining the Firm’s general ledger and will work closely with the Controller to improve processes and use technology to develop best practices and efficiencies related to the accounting function. This position, based in our New Haven office, requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communications skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Superior technical skills, familiarity with databases, and advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite are needed. Experience with professional services accounting packages is required; Aderant and Board experience would be helpful. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors’ degree in accounting or finance.
