Law Firm Seeking Accounting Assistant in Springfield Office
Are you an experienced Accounting Assistant looking for a new opportunity in Springfield? Look no further than Bulkley Richardson, a leading law firm in the area. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our accounting team.
Responsibilities:
• Process billing for the firm • Open new matters • Run conflict checks • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable • Prepare reports for the Controller
Qualifications:
• Background in finance or accounting, or education in finance • Understanding of bookkeeping • Proficiency with MS Office • Experience with Omega and iManage (training available) • Strong communication and client service skills • Motivated and team-oriented • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
