Responsibilities: - Ensure completeness, accuracy, timeliness and quality of financial statement reporting. - Provide financial analysis to senior management. - Support Accounting Manager, Financial Systems Supervisor and CFO. - Perform both Staff Accountant and Financial Analyst responsibilities. - Participate in the month-end close process. - Reconcile general ledger accounts. - Prepare journal entries and support schedules. - Assist with budgeting and forecasting. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Assist with external audits. - Adhere to GAAP and company policies.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Staff Accountant and Financial Analyst roles. - Strong knowledge of GAAP. - Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis. - Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
