This position has the following responsibilities: Client advocate – You are the primary point of contact for your clients. You will stay in touch with new clients and any client with issues that need to be resolved. You are ultimately responsible for client satisfaction, with compensation tied to this objective. Supervise editors – Clearly communicate feedback from the client to editors who work with you. Follow up on feedback to make sure it is completely and consistently implemented. Check and review transcription, immediately addressing any defects you find or clients report to you. Job Requirements: Most importantly, an intense desire to satisfy our customers by working as part of the team. You will use your own judgment in your role as advocate. You will need to independently determine how to resolve each client issue. Strong communication skills are necessary to work with the client’s staff, as well as to seek assistance from technical support, the operations team, the Operations Manager, or the CEO as necessary. Medical transcription training and an excellent command of American English grammar and style. Proficiency with Word 97/2000, including manipulation of headers, columns, and sections.
