The Role:In the role of B2B/Enterprise Account Manager, reporting to Regional Head, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B/Enterprise business.B2B/Enterprise Account Manager's function is to determine and drive Logitech\u2019s business and growth with current and potential corporate customers, working with and influencing the key decision makers in \u200Bthe\u200B channel, identify and work with new VARs/ Pro A&Vs and build relationships locally with our alliance partners\u200B.Your Contribution:Be Yourself. These are the behaviors you\u2019ll need for success at Logitech.In this role you will: grow the Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace businesses for \u0130stanbul and The Marmara Region through active new business development, opening doors to new accounts and subsequent account management.In this role your responsibilities will be to:Establish and expand relationships with large accountsFocus on B2B/Enterprise channel developmentDevelop existing B2B/Enterprise channels and gain market shareMeet revenue goals for given accounts in an intense, rapidly changing and quarterly driven environment\u200BDesign a strategy to tap the full potential of enterprise customersTarget the top 500 Corporate Enterprise end users in Istanbul and The Marmara RegionIntroduce and implement new product categories and key-Initiatives\u200B to new and current channels\u200BBusiness development by identifying cross & up-selling opportunity within key channels & customer portfoliosMaintain an accurate and updated business plan with all relevant figures and activities per channel per accountSet up regular product trainings for all relevant stakeholdersOn time delivery of weekly activity report including implemented and planned activities, turnover overview vs. budget and next week objectivesKey Qualifications:For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:Native Turkish speakerBased in Turkey or willing to relocate to TurkeyAt least 8 years\u2019 experience in sales out of which minimum 3 years in selling B2B/Enterprise channelExperience of working with large corporates through VARs and Pro A&Vs and finalizing big dealsHands-on mentality and able to manage entire sales cycleSelf-motivated, results drivenExcel in collaboration and relationship building skillsInfluential communicator and great presentation skillsExperience using salesforce.com technology preferredThe role requires travel within the regionEducation:Bachelor degree and aboveLogitech is the sweet spot for people who are passionate about products, making a mark, and having fun doing it.
