Job Description:
- Seeking an Associate Attorney to join the Arizona Evictions team. - Responsible for handling a high-volume caseload of post-foreclosure and landlord-tenant eviction matters on behalf of clients. - Prior experience in eviction litigation preferred but not required. - Must be licensed in Arizona, additional bar admissions a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage active caseload of eviction matters from start to finish. - Draft and review legal documents. - Conduct legal research and provide advice to clients. - Represent clients in court hearings and mediations. - Stay up to date on eviction laws and trends. - Communicate legal updates and advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. - Licensed and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. - Minimum of one year legal experience, preferably in eviction, foreclosure, litigation, or title.
Key Competencies:
