Key Responsibilities: • Practice and be in good standing in the state of Ohio or in the state of West Virginia • Work on a wide variety of matters including drafting legal documents, participating in written discovery, performing case research, and attending depositions and site inspections • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent analytical, research, writing, and speaking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with a client-focused approach • Maintain discretion and client confidentiality at all times
Qualifications: • 2-5 years of litigation legal experience • Admission to practice in the state of Ohio or West Virginia • Strong analytical, research, writing, and speaking skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment • Discretion and client confidentiality
