Responsibilities:
- Act as a key member of our litigation practice, handling cases related to various areas of our Firm's practice. - Collaborate with partners and clients, making a significant impact from day one. - Excel in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, managing deadlines and multitasking effectively. - Work independently and as part of a team, taking initiative and seeking opportunities for personal improvement.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in litigating cases involving administrative, transportation, or environmental law. - Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. - Ability to interact successfully with clients and colleagues. - Comfortable working independently and in a team environment. - Strong academic background with a law degree from an accredited law school. - Admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction (Colorado or District of Columbia preferred).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience representing clients before or involving laws administered by various government agencies. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-focused approach to the practice of law. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Position Details:
- Full-time position located in Denver, CO or Washington, DC. - Annual expectation of 1,600 billable hours, with the inclusion of approved pro bono hours. - Hybrid work environment with the potential for remote work. - Competitive salary range of $168,000 - $184,000 commensurate with experience. - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, group term life insurance, 401(k), unlimited PTO, and parental leave. - Firm covers some public transportation costs.
