As an Assistant Law Clerk, you will be responsible for researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting opinions and orders, and providing personal and confidential assistance to the judge. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with a Supreme Court Justice and gain valuable experience in the legal field.
The position is assigned to Justice Lori S. Sattler, who presides over general civil matters. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex civil term motions and assist with discovery and settlement conferences. This is a one-year clerkship with the possibility of renewal for up to four years, and the appointee serves at the pleasure of the Justice.
