Law Firm Seeks Summer Associates for Diverse Intellectual Property Practice
Lerner David, a leading law firm specializing in intellectual property, is currently accepting applications for its highly sought-after summer associate program. This program is open to law students completing their second year of law school and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas within the firm's practice.
Requirements: - Applicants must have an undergraduate degree in science or engineering, or have sufficient credits in technical disciplines to obtain admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. - Strong academic credentials and a commitment to excellence are essential.
Program Details: - 8-week program, beginning in June and ending at the end of July. - Assigned attorney mentor to facilitate transition from law student to summer associate. - Exposure to a variety of matters including patent and trademark prosecution, licensing, acquisition due diligence, infringement studies and opinions, and litigation. - Informal and collegial work atmosphere. - Social events to foster relationships among summer associates and firm attorneys.
