Assist in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications Perform patentability and freedom to operate searches and analysis Assist with patent litigation matters, including legal research and drafting pleadings and motions Conduct legal and technical research and analysis Prepare and assist with client presentations and communication Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions Attend court hearings and depositions, as well as other IP-related legal proceedings
