The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business information systems, computer science, or a related field, as well as 8 years of experience in .Net programming, Microsoft technologies, and project management using Agile/SCRUM processes. They should also possess certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MSCD) and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The role requires the ability to work independently and virtually, understand business problems, and travel up to 30% of the time. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of QlikView, HTML5, jQuery, and Kendo, experience in the financial services industry, and previous consulting experience.
